Characteristics
1. The core is the board-end connector: One end of the wire harness is equipped with a standard circuit board connector (such as pin sockets, plugs, male/female headers, etc.), which can be directly soldered or snapped onto the PCB board. The other end is provided with terminals, plugs or bare wire ends as required, to adapt to different load devices.
2. Modular wiring design: The internal wires are grouped by function and integrated through bundling, wrapping with insulating tape or threading through corrugated tubes. The wire harness layout is neat and orderly, which can fit into the narrow space inside the equipment and avoid cable chaos.
3. Stress relief structure: Stress relief components (such as injection-molded sleeves, rubber pads, etc.) are usually designed near the board-end connector to prevent the wires from coming off the solder joints due to plugging and unplugging or vibration, thereby enhancing the connection stability.
